Review of Mum & Dad (2008) by ♥ Chani L — 01 Sep 2009

A Polish girl is tricked by a work 'friend' and ends up being imprisoned by a psychopathic family. You can imagine that this would happen.. and thats the awful part. The 'kids' in this film try and outdo each other for affection from the sick 'mum & dad' just to stay in favour. The story relies on mind games aswell as gruesome moments (but strangely wasn't as bad in the latter as I imagined it would be). Has a great ending too.

Still a horribly twisted, weird & gory movie - perfect for the British horror genre.
