Review of Mum & Dad (2008) by Matthew S — 25 Apr 2010
I watched this shortly after watching Martyrs, so this seemed tame in comparison. The family were a surreal hybrid of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and people who believe what they read in The Sun. It was too comedic to be taken too seriously; though there are overtones of chav menace I found disturbing.
