Review of Mulholland Drive (2001) by Don-Na Gh M — 13 Jul 2012
A convoluted mess of a movie that deserves all the critical acclaim of a big-budget William Hung concert. Would you rather watch a plot that makes no sense or listen to a naive former college student ruin classic hits with hif off-key howling? Just as an exorbitant light show cannot hide Hung's vocal ineptitude, the adroit cinematography and use of scenerey cannot prevent Lynch's misplaced ambition from perishing in its own wreckage.
