Review of Mulholland Drive (2001) by Ben S — 10 May 2012
A maddeningly brilliant nightmare that takes forever to decipher, even though some of the film's beauty comes from how complex it is. I know very few living directors who could create a scene as terrifying as the scene at Winkie's.
Watts is superb, as is Harring, and after you watch the film, you won't be able to get it out of your head.
