Review of Mulholland Drive (2001) by Dane H — 24 Mar 2013
This movie is probably one of my favorite movies of all time. I love that it's a movie that leave some things up to the viewer to interpret as to what is really going on. The first time I saw this movie I felt like I woke up from a bad dream for about two weeks.
To most people, this sounds awful. But to me it showed me that this movie got to me, in a way. I felt the David Lynch's vision was executed very well. Another interesting aspect to this film is reading all the theories as to what this movie is really about, and for every review I read, I go back to the movie and watch it with a new perspective with every viewing.
This movie will never get old to me.
