So this one is a ode to 28 Days Later only it take place in New York and involves rats that bite you and "were-wolf" style, turn you in to rat people. Overall it was a fair story with pretty good makeup effects but a little lacking in the common sense area and the "lets see how gullible the audience is" factor.
I was expecting more zombie and less mutant rat people. But was good and worth seeing if your a horror fan.
