I saw this under the title "Mulberry Street". A kind of zombie-ish rip off about a virus causing people to turn into rat creatures with a hunger for human flesh in Manhattan. Even as a lover of trash cinema, I found this one to be boring and predictable.
Not recommended unless you truly are a masochist.
