The plot involves rats causing a zombie outbreak in New York City, though most of the action here is limited to a tenement apartment building. Hated how the action/horror scenes were directed with cliched annoying ass shakycam and hyper editing.
Despite that, the director did a good job on an obviously very low budget. There were some stylish touches, the cast was decent, the dialogue wasn't bad and I appreciate the attention paid to the characters, who were all pretty likable.
