Review of Mulan (1998) by Whitney D — 03 Aug 2012
The lush scenery and engaging plot don't quite make up for the uneven tone or the presence of Eddie Murphy, but a damn good effort nonetheless. Anyone who takes exception to the lack of seriousness with which Disney takes Chinese culture should take a look at how they've been treating American and European culture all these years.
