Review of Mudbound (2017) by Lou O — 07 Feb 2018

Despite being a somewhat difficult film to see in certain scenes, since the dramatic charge is great, it turns out to be extremely interesting and intense from the second half of the film. The cinematography is fantastic, and the performances are generally quite good, notably Garett Hedlund (Jaimie), Jason Mitchell (Ronsel) and Mary J. Blidge , who's now an Academy Award nominee.

Mudbound is a very good film that explores many controversial subjects, being simultaneously realistic and appealing to the union and respect racial.
