Beautiful film, exquisite cinematography, heart-wrenching story but not sentimental or mawkish. Feels like an old-fashioned Hollywood classic. The relationships are beautifully developed and, in the end, inspiring.
Carey Mulligan and Mary Blige are brilliant.
