Review of Mudbound (2017) by Paul B — 01 Jan 2018
This movies was drawn out and violent. It was kind of a cliche, with the white people almost all envisioned of horrific monsters of violence and prejudice while all black people are righteous and good.
I am sure it will do alot to keep racial stereotypes, conflict, and entitlement alive. I am not glad that I watched this. I did not feel the same way about "Loving", "the help", "remember the titans" or a host of other civil rights - related movies.
