Review of Mudbound (2017) by Kenny G — 31 Dec 2017
Except for dropping the story line for Carey Mulligan's character which carried the weight for the first half of the film, this is wonderfully done. Mary J. Blige deserves her GG nomination. The movie could have focused on any one of a number of characters.
Maybe it needed to be a series. Powerful. Moving. Beautiful.
