The story in this movie is so interesting. Taking the angle of a young kid on grown up lives, especially on love. It somewhat gives a retrospective views of grown up's excuses in living the "tough" life.
And joining it with a Southern wild lifestyle is making the movie even more interesting. I really love Ellis's act. He deserves an award for this.
