Review of Mud (2013) by Johnny T — 12 Feb 2014
Been a long time since I've seen a great drama film, aside of a few this year, and "Mud" is one of them. The performances are awesome, the filming is great, and the plot keeps you interested the entire 2 hours.
A movie I thought would be good, but didn't think it would be this good. Stand out performances from the two boys in this, along with Matthew McC, who is showing he's turning into an incredible actor and not just eye candy for women.
Strongly suggest watching this one, it's great, and will keep you entertained in its entirety. Not a lot of action, but the dialogue itself is superb, and will make sure you don't lose touch with the characters.
I'll be adding it to my collection. 4/5 JD.
