Review of Mud (2013) by Mikayla B — 03 Apr 2014
All the characters in this piece seem so connectable. Even the less-likable ones. Tye Sheridan does a great job here. It felt fresh and original and inspiring despite all the heartache taking place between everyone.
I thought the use of the S-word so much was unnecessary and distracting from the story. Overall we get to experience a thought-provoking journey with Ellis as he tires to figure out the true meaning of trust and love.
