Review of Much Ado About Nothing (2013) by Ryan R — 05 Jul 2013
Nathan Fillion steals every scene he's in, but the rest of the gang is quite good as well. Whedon does a lot with a little, setting the entire play in his real house and some of the shots he comes up with are pretty great.
The actual story isn't one of my favorites, though, and all the talk of maidens and their honor being besmirched come off as fairly ridiculous and insulting when the characters are in modern dress and using cellphones and whatnot.
Worth a rental, though.
