Review of Much Ado About Nothing (1993) by Glenn S — 07 Jan 2008
An extensive cast usually means making up for a lackluster film, but everyone delivers in their respective role. Branagh nails the somewhat misogynistic yet lonely fool, and Thompson exchanges lines effortlessly with him.
Michael Keaton was surpirising as an incompetent guard, and Denzel expanded his range even further, delivering the bard's work effortlessly. And Keanu "is a villain", dude. Woah.
