Review of Much Ado About Nothing (1993) by Jonathan P — 03 Jul 2011
I guess I must not be a true fan of cinema or theater as I really don't enjoy Shakespeare. Much Ado About Nothing is rather bland and boring and had it not been for two superb performances by Denzel Washington and even more so by Michael Keaton (who was a joy to watch) this wouldn't haven even registered at all in my mind.
Though Keaton and Washington stood out it must be noted the rest of the cast gave good performances as well. It must just be that Shakespeare is not something I can enjoy.
