Review of Mrs Palfrey at The Claremont (2005) by Miryam B — 29 Aug 2007
I liked the premise of this movie, and parts of it were humurous, and parts of it were sad, so yes, I did laugh (briefly) and cry (briefly) but it was a pretty dull, and at times tediously slow movie, which really didn't deliver in my opinion.
All that being said Rupert Friend was fairly easy to watch, and I've always quite liked Joan Plowright. I wouldn't recommend it though.
