Review of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939) by Andrew J — 21 Mar 2011
A powerful movie that is still relevant. James Stewart was at his best as a naive country boy thrusted into the world of the U.S. Senate only to discovery the seathing coruption within. Jean Arthur was great as Stewart's protector.
