This movie brings out the political idealist in me. The small part of me that truly believes any citizen in this country can go to Washington and change things. Get things done and fight for what's right. I am all about subversive films, films about people bucking the system, and exposing the truth. And golly gee this is that movie.
This is by far one of the best movies about politics, Washington, and how-things-are-run.
And Jimmy... Oh Mr. Stewart you OWNED that filibusterer scene.
