Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is a fantastic movie, featuring yet another great performance by James Stewart. It starts off a little too patriotic, but once it gets to the filibuster, the movie really hits its stride, and Stewart gets to show off his amazing talent.
There are some really corny moments, and the ending is a tad abrupt, but when you have such a good cast under the direction of a master, you can't really go wrong.
