I wanted to see this in theatres and ended up missin out. I recently purchased it, not having watched it, because Jim Carrey rarely lets me down (Spotless Mind excluded) and was very pleased. The movie has that "feel-good" vibe and I laughed out loud more than once.
The penguins were amazing and it was great learning in the extras that the majority of the animal work was, in fact, real live penguins.
