This movie is stupid & highly unlikely but that's what it's meant to be. It's charming & cute, it just isn't very funny & it's far too long. The meaning behind it also doesn't completely work, considering he still has the penguins in a enclosed area.
But if you want a film that'll make you smile, watch this.
