Mr. Popper's penguins is a childish movie that will not appeal to many. The jokes fall flat and the penguins get annoying after a while. The ending is anti climatic and dumb. The only actor that works for me here is Carla Gugino.
Other than that, the characters are lame and the acting is not great by any means. 42%.
