Review of Mr. Popper's Penguins (2011) by Teemu P — 15 Jun 2013
Though the story was completely unoriginal and scene by scene a theoretical rewrite of Liar, Liar starring the same actor, Jim Carrey surprisingly returns to his old humor from the late 90's rather than being overly eccentric and annoying as in some latter films.
Good film for the family, but it won't win any awards, so don't go expecting more than a big eyed comedy to woo the kids.
