Sappy and predictable with cheap jokes involving farts, penguin poop and a soccer ball to the nads but I laughed enough to enjoy it and despite all of it's pitfalls I was most impressed by the fact that Jim Carrey seemed like a somewhat normal person sometimes (for Jim Carrey that is).
