This movie was awful. The girl was a flat out bully. I kept hoping they would leave her in another century. Both Sherman and Mr. Peabody end up biting people when they get angry. They do admit that it is wrong, but seriously! That is the only way that they could express their anger? The jokes were kind of funny and cute, but WAY over my 7 year old son's head.
A lot of them were word play or required knowledge of history that you generally just don't have at age 7 - the age that I believe the two kids in the story are supposed to be. Overall, the 1 1/2 movie felt like it was 3 hours long.
I would not recommend this movie, nor would I watch it again.
