Review of Mr. Nice (2010) by Eric G — 28 Oct 2010
An entertaining romp through Howard Marks' life from schoolboy to his release from US jail after the law had finally caught up with him.
The main fault of the film is that it fails to really cover his life in enough depth to do it justice. Stories and events and characters are combined to allow the chronology to fit into a film length time span.
That said it's an enjoyable romp through the seventies and eighties with a good soundtrack. Good for an evening's entertainment.
