The classic Mr. Magoo is loveable and aims at avoiding to offend the blind or near-blind in the fun loving, flimzy movie. Filmed in British Columbia its best to be celebrated at the Razzies or on a rainy day (when their is nothing else to watch).
Leslie Nielsen, is an actor who is either brilliant or abysmal depending on the material, veers towards the cliff.
