Review of Mr. Holland's Opus (1995) by Willem W — 15 May 2008
As much as this film borrows liberally from It's a Wonderful Life and Dead Poet's Society, Richard Dreyfuss' work here is as committed and solid as the rest of his work. It's a shame such a great actor is in semi-retirement, emerging from his shell for big paycheques in stupid peices of shit like Poseidon.
