Review of Mr. Holland's Opus (1995) by Jonathan S — 06 Aug 2009
This is an amazing story! The idea that his magnum opus is not one singular event moment or accomplishment, but instead a compilation of many different things, his son, his music, his teaching career, it's brilliant.
It's an interesting thought in a world where many people are chasing after there own magnum opus, to make meaning of their lives, when in reality it may just be the life itself that is just that.
