Review of Mr. Holland's Opus (1995) by Nicole P — 05 Jan 2011
Mr. Holland gave us hopus. He taught us that the arts are of upmost academic and curricular importance. He taught us that Cole is beautiful. He taught us that students and teachers can have a connection, perhaps even a romantic one, and sing classic Gershwin songs to one another, but the teacher will still always have his loving and dedicated family.
He taught us that your passion can still be passed on to your children even when they can't appreciate it first had. So much hopus, from Holland's opus.
