Review of Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation (1962) by Kevin S — 15 Mar 2010
I always enjoy James Stewart. Here, he is the latter day incarnation in which he is the conservative father in a family gone mad, same as in TAKE HER SHE'S MINE (1963). This is the better film of the two.
Though it feels a little meandering at times, there are several humorous scenes and a happy ending for all involved.
