Review of Mr. Deeds (2002) by Garth W — 30 Jun 2012
I'll be the first to admit that Adam Sandler has had more than his fair share of awful movies, especially in the latter part of his career. But being raised on films like Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore I can't help but have a soft spot for the man.
Mr. Deeds may not be a cinematic masterpiece, but that's not the goal of these films. Deeds makes up for it's shortcomings with consistent humor and a surprising amount of heart. Any fan of Sandler's aforementioned film's should enjoy Mr.
Deeds as much as I did.
