Mr. Death is about Fred A. Leuchter, an engineer who specializes in creating efficient and humane implements of capital punishment. The film portrays how he was duped by Neo Nazis into crafting a Holocaust denial theory.
The scandal destroyed his career, but Leuchter's analysis was simply naive and not pointedly malicious.
