A feel good tear jerker. Don't listen to the snobby liberal critics who find racism in everything. There is none here. Obvious the critics wanted the talented Mr. Murphy to fit into their racist and predictable box of doing comedic schtick.
Instead, Murphy spread his wings further and allowed us enjoy his serious side.
