Review of Mr. Brooks (2007) by Ryan K — 15 Nov 2009
This had a pretty interesting, albeit familiar, premise. The acting was decent and the direction flowed ad made for some capable and intense scenes. What really stopped this from being a great film was the ending.
They kind of built it up to be very intricate and satisfying climax and during the falling action I found myself thinking "oh, that's it?". Still a decent movie, just wasn't spectacular.
