Review of Mr. Brooks (2007) by Sean M — 24 Jul 2011
I don't know how bad it is that the movie sympathizes with a serial killer, but he is an addict that's trying his best to avoid and quit his murderous lifestyle. His temptation takes form as Marshall (William Hurt) who we see as if he's a partner right next to Brooks when he's actually unseen to all other characters.
It gets suspenseful as Mr. Smith (Dane Cook) catches him on camera murdering a couple as he falls back into his sinful pleasures for the first time in a long while. This also causes Tracy (Demi Moore), a dectective to catching him.
It also has a good twist at the end.
