Just a plain 'ol fun movie. If you don't enjoy William Hurt in this role, you don't like movies. Yes, it's contrived as hell, but there's a sense of campy fun that makes it worth seeing.
Demi Moore hasn't been this entertaining in a while, but I wish that Dan Cook could buy himself a good part at some point - so he can make better use of his vast comedic talents. This one did nothing for him.
