Its a decent thriller that brings enough good things to the table that you can forgive some of the weird decisions it makes. There is a shoot out sequence in a hallway that is so ridiculously out of place with the rest of the film.
The dynamic between Costner and Hurt is fun, and the ending is solid, though it should have ended two minutes earlier.
