Review of Mr. Brooks (2007) by Paul P — 17 Dec 2011
It isn't thought provoking cinema but I had alot of fun with it. Costner is fantastic, cool seeing him play a serial killer. William Hurt is the show stealer though, he's damn near outstanding and the scenes with him and Costner are gold.
There are a ton of stupid plot holes, Demi Moore playing a hard boiled cop couldn't be worse casting. Dane Cook's character was a waste and he's all over the place alot of the time but at least he's going for it.
