For the few that may actually be familiar with Mr. Bean's early sketches, there is certainly a draw to be had. I can't explain why, but ever since I was a kid, I think Rowan Atkinson's character is just plain funny.
His mannerisms, his voice...funny. I didn't really expect much out of this, and that's what I got. But it really wasn't bad. He "talks" a bit more than he did in his earlier stuff, but if you're a fan of Bean, you'll find plenty to laugh at.
A decent rent, but for fans only.
