Mr. Bean wins a trip to the Cannes film festival, a trip that thanks to a series of events and his inability to communicate the language will be less relaxing than he imagined. The second Bean movie has more originality, especially with the wonderful cinematography that is a real treat.
It's disappointing, however when the film takes a turn for a predictable plot that sucks the fun out of the initial premise.
