Review of Movie 43 (2013) by Louis-Philippe D — 09 Jul 2014

Nauseating, twisted, and mostly beggared of laughs, Movie 43's uncomfortably offensive shock value runs out after maybe 20 minutes. The film, however outrageously bad, is not utter garbage (it has maybe a few chuckle-worth moments in the first act), but it does definitely take a turn for the worst (a full 15 minute scatological gag that was never funny to begin with and an apocalypse sub-plot) during the second act.

How Farrelly and Wessler got so many talented, A-list stars is beyond me.
