Review of Mountaintop Motel Massacre (1983) by Colin Z — 29 Apr 2008
One of the few 80's horror films out there that I am not particularly fond of thanks in part to it's terribly slow pacing and dull moments. This is basically a female version of Psycho II as the lead woman is released from the asylum, but nothing is changed.
She starts killing tenants in her motel instantly, in a couple of gruesome ways that managed to get a couple of stars for it, but otherwise, very dull. I will say it did have some creepy atmosphere going for it as well.
