I can't believe I'm saying this, but I love Moulin Rouge! You can tell a hell of a lot of effort was put into the sets, costume and choreography and it really pays off. The music is brilliant, I was incredibly surprised by how well Smells Like Teen Spirit managed to fit.
Think of the music like Glee if Glee were actually worth listening to. While the editing can be a bit manic and Ewan McGregor does chew the scenery on more than one occasion, it's an incredibly fun film.
You can just sit down and have a good time watching. The definition of guilty pleasure.
