Mediocre, half-assed storytelling mixed with brilliant visuals that should be the focus, but are too chopped up by the fast-cut editing to notice. Jim Broadbent and Richard Roxburgh have a fun little ditty, otherwise the only bearable part is the Roxanne Tango.
Skip it otherwise.
