5 out of 5 stars! WOW wow wow! This film was intense! Darren Aronofsky is one of my favorite directors and he proved he's still got the skills to make a powerful and deep/layered film. He is the director of my #2 movie of all time "Requiem for a Dream" and he continues to amaze me.
This film makes you feel things and that' what a good film should do. This film needs to be seen to be understood and experienced. Explaining the plot doesn't do it justice. You need to experience it and live it.
I was completely blown away and shocked by this film. It's a real thinker. I have to see it again soon to pick it apart further and try and understand it more. A movie hasn't left me feeling so raw and affected since "Requiem for a Dream".
